INTRODUCTION
This lesson is not only for all of the vegetarians out there, but it's also for anyone who doesn’t like a particular food! There are many reasons a person won't eat a particular meat or dish.
GRAMMAR POINT
In this lesson, we'll go over some phrases to make sure you don't have any surprises on your plate.
In Czech, “I am a vegetarian” is
Jsem vegetarián.
Let's break it down by syllable.
(slow) Jsem ve-ge-ta-ri-án.
Now let's hear it once again.
Jsem vegetarián.
The first word, jsem, is translated as “I am”.

Once more:
Jsem.
Then we have vegetarián. It is easy to guess the meaning. It means “vegetarian” in English.

Let’s hear the entire sentence one more time

This means, “I am a vegetarian.”
When you want to say you don’t eat meat in Czech, you can say...
