| These numbers may seem harder to remember, but you really just have to memorize jedenáct, čtrnáct, patn |

| While you have to memorize a few of these numbers, there are a couple of tricks that will make memorizing them incredibly easy! In order to build třicet, which means "thirty", you just add “cet” to the word for “three”, which is “tři", and you get třicet. The same goes for čtyřicet [slowly] |

| To build sedmdesát meaning “seventy”, you just add “desát” to sedm, “seven”. The same goes for osmdesát, meaning “eighty”. |

| So now you only have to remember padesát, šedesát, devadesát and sto. |
| The last thing to learn in this lesson is how to form compound numbers above twenty. This is also super easy! |
| Take the tens and simply add the numbers you learned in the previous lesson. |
| Let’s try it out. |
| How would you say "fifty-six" in Czech? Let’s take it step-by-step. "Fifty" is padesát, and "six" is šest.. so “fifty-six” is padesát šest. |

| Padesát šest! It’s done! Isn’t that easy? |
| Let’s make another number, for instance, "ninety-eight." |
| Take "ninety", devadesát, and add "eight", osm! |
| Devadesát osm! |
| Now it’s time for Veronika’s Insights. |
| If you are talking about time in Czech, you can use the numbers we have learned in this lesson. |
| For example, if you want to say “We will meet at 16:30”, you can simply say Setkáme se v šestnáct třicet. |
| Setkáme se means “we will meet”. |
| Let’s try another one: “We will meet at 19:45”, Setkáme se v devatenáct čtyřicet pět. |
| So now you know how to make an appointment in Czech! |
| After only two lessons, you are now able to count to one hundred in Czech! |
