great question. The reason we say "Mám rezervaci na třetí hodinu" is, it literally means I reserved (something) for 3 o'clock. If you say "Mám rezervaci ve tři hodiny" people will understand, however, it is not gramatically correct, because the literal translation there would be I reserved it at 3 o'clock (pretty much saying you made the reservation at 3, not for 3 o'clock).

Here they say "mám na třetí hodinu rezervaci".
I learned that "at three o'clock" = "v tři hodiny"
Could I also say "mám v tři hodiny rezervaci"?
